Vacancy for an Administration Assistant at Mount Argus

The Congregation of the Passion (Passionists) at Mount Argus, Dublin 6W is currently recruiting an Administration Assistant.  The role is offered on a part-time basis (20 hours each week) for a fixed term of three years.

Duties include:

  1. Working as part of a team in providing administrative assistance to the Rector and Parish Priest
  2. Preparing and maintaining computerised accounts
  3. Attending to payroll
  4. Taking part in all aspects of general office duties, with knowledge of up to date office systems and developing systems for administration

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have

  • Clerical/Administrative experience
  • A working knowledge of accounting systems is desirable
  • Up-to-date computer skills
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
