Vacancy for an Administration Assistant at Mount Argus
The Congregation of the Passion (Passionists) at Mount Argus, Dublin 6W is currently recruiting an Administration Assistant. The role is offered on a part-time basis (20 hours each week) for a fixed term of three years.
Duties include:
- Working as part of a team in providing administrative assistance to the Rector and Parish Priest
- Preparing and maintaining computerised accounts
- Attending to payroll
- Taking part in all aspects of general office duties, with knowledge of up to date office systems and developing systems for administration
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have
- Clerical/Administrative experience
- A working knowledge of accounting systems is desirable
- Up-to-date computer skills
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
